  The manager was friendly and made my sandwich in the old-school way I requested (lettuce on top) and it made my day. Took almost an hour to drive there and back but to me, it's worth it.

  I ordered pick up at this location and upon arrival I stood at the counter for a while before one of the two younger gentleman working there even acknowledged me. (They were not busy as they were just standing around talking.) When he finally acknowledged me I was met with a poor attitude. He stated “we are out of bread, we can’t make your order.” Then proceeded to point to the bread shelf that was empty. I asked will I be refunded which he replied sure. My phone number was on the order so they could’ve easily called me and told me they were out of bread instead of having me drive all the way there to pick up my order that was never made then treated rudely. I’m not one to leave bad reviews often, but this was horrible customer service and the guy was very disrespectful.

  Definitely not friendly on December 13 around 1140am. I ordered my food to go i had to wait forever seemed like. The guy wrapping the umwiches was talking to someone about playing video games and more less threw my food up on counter and didn't even put in a bag,so I ask to put in bag and he totally ignored me then I asked the 2nd time then he just handed me a bag.Lost a customer here.i will not be back

  My sandwich was good except I asked for onions also on the sandwich and they didn't put any on there. Other than that my club was excellent. Thank you p
