  out of bowls completely..? and chips & didn’t tell you until you’ve waited 10 minutes

  I’m honestly really disappointed with my order. I paid for a bowl with fajitas, rice, chicken, tomatoes, and cheese, but what I received was mostly empty with barely any rice, no visible fajitas or tomatoes, and just a small portion of chicken and cheese. It looks like half a serving at best. For the price, I expect a properly filled bowl with the ingredients I ordered. This was not worth what I paid and felt very careless on the preparation side. I hope this location pays more attention to orders in the future.

  I had a terrible experience here and reached out to corporate. The food was disgusting, fatty and not fresh. The staff was fighting in front of us, another staff member walked out, and the store was a mess, and both my boyfriend and I did not feel well when we left. I reached out to corporate and told them what happened. I also requested a refund about 5 times. I assured corporate that I would never return and I simply wanted a refund since my boyfriend and I were sick after eating here. Corporate flat out REFUSED to give me refund. It was a bill that was just over $30, and a multi million dollar company couldn't accommodate that?? They only gave us a coupon to return. Would you want to return to a restaurant that made you sick???? I bet you wouldn't. So instead of this being a simple issue, I know have escalated this and reported Chipotle. I will also be contacting an attorney. This place has been under heavy scrutiny before from health violations( just found that out) so be careful everyone.

  Placed an online order for pick up. Get home, and my veggie bowl is missing 2 of the ingredients, and my daughters bowl is missing an ingredient. I wasn't told this at the restaurant. Instead, I find out after I get home and see writing on my bowl. This is the 2nd time I've had an issue. Called customer service and they offered me a free bowl to make up for it which I said no to. They issued a partial refund instead. Done with chipotle. Can't wait until QDoba opens soon !!

  Picked up three vegetarian bowls. Upon opening, I was reminded why you should never order takeout. Make them look you in the eye when they put three peppers, 10 strands of lettuce, the tiniest bit of cheese, and enough beans to make a game of finding them. Not to mention, the one thing you don't want on a vegetarian bowl was found in one of our bowls... Chicken. Granted it was one piece, but based on the amount of all the other ingredients, that is probably what they would call a chicken bowl. If that wasn't enough, it was cold. Not cold as in left out for a bit, could like it was just taken out of the refrigerator. Such a disappointing experience. I've learned my lesson.
