  Went through the drive-thru, they have a weird AI thing that basically rushes you through ordering. We then placed an online order to pickup for the other individual in our vehicle that hadn't decided what they wanted yet and we have no idea what is up to but paying attention is definitely not their strong suit, then while we were in the parking lot the manager came out and mistook us for a doordash driver that wrecked her vehicle. Definitely an odd freaking place to stop, but it was cheap so you get what you get.

  Edit- the response from rallys is automatic. When contacting the address as told. I was directed to a number. I was given the worst customer care by Jake. He informed me i would be contacted by a manager yet fidnt even take a number. When i brought this up he then offered to take my complaint personally and said if be given a automated response as well. I do live those rallys fries and mushroom swiss burgers. However i will no longer be supporting this business in anyway due to blatant lack of concern. I'm no longer shocked the employees dont care. The owners dont care so why would they. I have been to this location several times. Everytime is just terrible. Tonight takes the cake. The employee refused to take my order. Simply mouthed things angrily at me and death stared me down as I drove off. I wish zero stars were a option because the service and food i received were nonexistent. I will never return to this location and will spread the word on lack of hiring someone willing to do the job they were hired to do.

  The employees at the Henderson location are bottom of the barrel people. They are rude and beyond unprofessional. They would not even take our order. They just stood there mouthing crap to us and shaking their head. Then when we just left the location the employee just stared us down. Come on rally’s it would take zero effort to hire better workers
