All i wanted was some damn spicy chicken nuggets and they tell me they are only taking cash at the moment, that’s fine whatever
Tell me why i sat in line for over 20 minutes and then my chicken nuggets were neither spicy nor hot
French fries were soggy and cold
Workers were nice but this isn’t the first time I’ve been to the Wendy’s here and had this type of experience, it’s getting a bit ridiculous

The drive thru attendant was very rude. Took my sandwich order but didn't let me complete my order before she told me the total. She acted like it was a chore to add the fries and drink. Needless to say my sandwich was made incorrectly and she was just as bad at the pick up window.

All around terrible. I placed an order via mobile, and I arrived within 5 minutes of placing the order. I upgraded my fries to a large freiws no salt. Received an ice cold junior fry with salt. My chicken blt was cold, cheese not even melted. My nuggets were hard as a rock and ice cold. So I called, hoping on my way home from work later this evening they'd actually give me a hot meal THAT I CAN EAT THAT I ALREADY PAID FOR. Asked to speak to a manager, whoever was on the phone REFUSED to let me speak to a manager. Asked if I even had my receipt, when I informed her multiple times before it was a mobile order so yes I do. Wouldn't give me her name or wouldn't take mine. Would barely answer me, was to busy laughing with a worker. Im all around annoyed. Like I work for my money, just like you, I don't like having to throw away food that I paid for, because it was cold. The only thing correct that I ordered was my frosty. Like come on you all. Do better. It wasn't even busy. No one was there in the parking lot
