- KWKip WilsonJun 27, 20252.0I got here and saw the line. Not bad, but I decided to go to the restroom before placing my order. I come back and all the same people are waiting for their food. One said she had been waiting 20 minutes before I even got here. The employees were very friendly and working very hard, but all of the orders were going out at the drive-thru. Dining room was obviously not a priority. According to the time stamp on my receipt, it was 12 minutes for me from the time I placed my order and the time I got my food. The burger was fine, but the fries all have what look to be charred, burnt crumbs all over them. Not pepper or seasoning. Another customer asked about it and they told her they were all like that and could do nothing about it. (Clean your fryers?) And yes, they make the fries taste burnt. This place is also highly infested with gnats. There was a big swarm around the drink machine and ketchup dispenser, and also several in the dining area on the opposite side of the dining area.
