  On April 23rd i was turned down a simple breakfast biscuit at 10:25 am. I asked when they changed to lunch and was told 10:30 am. I politely said sir it’s 10:25 and he said my manager makes the call.

  The worst Wendy’s in the world. Over 40 minutes waiting on my order. No sense of urgency. Nearly missed my flight.

  Food is usually hot and modifications are always correct but I have never seen such rude staff. 9/10 they're kiosk only and they're always so rude the second you walk up to the register on those days. They're also very impatient if you aren't at the counter as soon as they call out your order number. I understand stress from constantly being short staffed but it won't kill you all to be nicer.

  Dawn who was expiditing at this airport concourse location was rude and ran her mouth while I was simply trying to clarify an order which I had placed from the kiosk that should have included coffee with frosty cream and sugar, which apparently did not appear on the total. Another older woman who was working register at the time, interjected and began to argue with me over the reciept. A young gentleman took care of the coffee as he totaled the sale of a large coffee that I then purchased in line.Corporate Wendy's will be notified of their nasty, unfriendly attitude.
