  Subject: Repeated Order Errors – McDouble Without Onions Dear McDonald’s Customer Service, I am writing to report a recurring issue with my orders. Every time I order a McDouble with no onions, my burger comes with onions. Despite clearly specifying this on the ordering screen, the instructions are repeatedly ignored. I have addressed this at the store level each time, waiting 5–7 minutes for a corrected order. While I always receive apologies, the problem persists, indicating this is more than a one time mistake, it is a systemic failure in order accuracy. I expect McDonald’s to implement meaningful measures to prevent this from continuing. Customers should be able to trust that their orders, especially clearly specified modifications, will be fulfilled correctly. Please advise on how McDonald’s plans to address this ongoing issue.

  Drive thru windows service was slow and unorganized, pretty hard to do in a drive thru, but they did it!

  Why is it that other fast food places can train and EXPECT their employees to be kind, knowledgeable and respectful.....but here, never. THESE KIDS that work here are the rudest, unrespectful individuals. Just this morning, my drinks and food just shoved OUT THE WINDOW without a Hi, oh did you get XYZ or thank you!! Instead its a side conversation with another person and they just close the window. It's really ridiculous!!! EXPECTATIONS PEOPLE
