  Rachael at the drive thru today was super patient and helpful. She even showed us how to activate some of our rewards. She is excellent at putting customers first and at providing exceptional customer service. I do miss Jimmy John’s being super fast but that’s at all Jimmy’s.

  I am writing to express my significant dissatisfaction with my recent experience at your establishment. The food served was unacceptably cold. Upon contacting your team on April 27th, I was informed that the toaster was out of order, a detail that was not communicated to us at the time of our visit. Specifically, the gyro was served cold, resulting in the bread disintegrating, which made the meal unpalatable, especially considering the price paid. The manager would not offer any credit as compensation cause they cpuldnt find the reciept, which I find to be an inadequate resolution. Dont buy from them. Rude.

  Tried to order gyros tonight, was told their toaster was down. I asked what that meant, and proceeded to try to clarify; does that mean the meat is hot but the bread won't be toasted. I was told no it will be cold. I offered up the solution of having them assemble the gyro, but can they put the meat on the side since I was heading home I could heat it up at home. There was a someone working the line that was trying to talk to me, but I couldn't hear her over the music. I stated i couldn't hear anything she was saying. She said its not very appealing to have the meat like that. Then proceeded to slam the meat on a piece of the sandwich paper. I apologized and said I was just trying to come up with a solution that worked for both of us. She proceeded to start slamming the bread down in aggravation. At that point I told them I didn't need the sandwiches if it was going to be such a problem. I don't need to pay for that kind of treatment.

  Won't be back.I think that you forgot to put some tuna on the tuna sub.And the tomatoes are not ripe whatsoever.Why would you serve this?
