- SHSharon HuffFeb 12, 20261.0I asked for #6 with a Mountain Dew. On the menu its the SUPREME Doritos cheesy tacos. Then I get asked if I want it supreme and what to drink. I literally said it when I ordered my food. I get my order first taco I pull out has no cheese, three tomatoes on one side, meat on right side of taco and sour cream on left side with lettuce overflowing a broken in half taco. I have pictures. Why in the world would I want the same place remaking my food when they couldn’t get one simple thing right. Then a worker answered the phone I asked to speak with a manager. She said hold on and comes right back on the phone saying she is the manager. There is no reason why food comes out like this. Last time I came here I got a Crunchwrap and they didn’t put no taco meat on there. Even tho these kids are able to work doesn’t mean they shouldn’t be supervised. When you are a food business, food should NOT being coming out like this. Sounds like Megan needs to get her workers under control. I do not see an option to add my pictures or I would.

I only get 30 minutes for lunch so it's important that my order is ready when I expect it. Otherwise what is the point of doing a mobile order. Then while I waited at the counter to inquire about my order, I was ignored, and I wasn't the only customer being ignored. Truly frustrating 😤 My friend did a kiosk order and got his the same time I got mine 🙄
