We waited at the first window for 10 min, the manager who was taking orders on headset was just sitting there, making eye contact, but not checking us in. So we pulled forward, we get to the next window they had no idea we were there because said manager didn’t notify the other employees, then we got pulled forward to the next window to wait another 5 min. Seriously?

People were trying to get her attention by saying excuse me and she ignored all of them. No customer service what so ever! Highly disappointed!!!
