It was the pizza that was the problem. The crust wasnt crispy. The bread and tangy tomato sauce reminded us of those box pizzas that you used to make at home. As far as the toppings, the pepperoni was under the thin layer of cheese so they were soggy and greasy instead of crispy. And even though we ordered extra cheese, it was a very thin layer of cheese that didn't even cover the bread. The minestrone soup was decent, but cold.

The tall slender black guy in a red shirt who I assume was a manager asked how it was. I answered honestly with not good. He responded with telling me that I'd have to take it up with someone else who I'd guess runs the location because that's the way they've been told to do things. No I don't have to "take it up" with anyone. It's not my responsibility to teach anyone what good food is. I don't have to go back and neither do you.
