  Ordered online and they marked my order as delivered. My order is nowhere to be found and when trying to call it goes right to a busy signal. This place owes me 20 dollars and a missing sandwich. Do not order online for this place unless you want your money stolen and no food.

  I find it a little strange that a restaurant would have the ingredients that I want to order ......but for some reason they couldn't sell them to me. Isn't that basically the only thing a restaurant needs to do? More specific.....I wanted mozzarella cheese on my turkey club sandwich but this place informed me they do have the mozzarella but could not put on my sandwich. Now I wasn't expecting a premium cheese for a regular price. I said go ahead and charge me whatever you want so that I could have the mozzarella. Nope. Sorry ..it was just impossible. Maybe just something they could improve upon. Everything else about JJs is great

  Hopefully all the bad experiences I had with this location is because this is a store that works very closely with the mentally challenged and other special needs people. I can’t be mad at a special needs person for trying! So I guess I might have to find another location that can service me how I would like to be serviced on my lunch breaks so that I can know my food will be made correctly. I have nothing about the disabled, I have something again wrong orders with clear instructions. I know special needs people take a lil longer to train and require a little more observation. Kudos to them for showing us they are still valuable in the real world but maybe have them stock during lunch and or dinner rush? Again I am happy this is a store for the mentally challenged. I really love this for them.
