Horribly long wait for something meant to be quick and easy. Employees seemed like it was their first day on the job, and their first day on earth too. No manners, no human decency, and certainly no right to be working food service with an attitude like that. 30 minute wait for two basic bagels, and name was shouted wrong several times. When we went up to ask what was in it, we were met with a repeat of the name. This went on for another 2 or 3 times until the woman scoffed, ROLLED HER EYES and said, “if it’s not yours don’t take it! You’re not Evelyn!” It was our order, and when we asked what was in the bag, they walked away and ignored us. The other employees were no better, and had to ask customers who had been waiting much longer than us what names the orders were.
Overall: Service was slow, employees were incompetent, but they unfortunately make a damn good smoked salmon bagel.
