Just paid $22.88 for a small order of potatoes with sour cream, nacho sauce and mild sauce packets. It's my fault for not checking but my literal order was the chicken nugget box and I didn't even get that. Will never be coming back. I tried looking in the bag but they threw in about 25 napkins. At least they made sure I wouldn't spill the sauce anywhere :) There was no one behind me and literally one person in front of me. So whats the excuse other than lazy window workers who don't check the bag. What's the point of having someone hand out food if they don't know how to check the good they're handing out. Happy Easter Taco Bell.

I've never had an experience like this at any fast food restaurant all my life. I'm a regular at this location so I've gotten a pretty good idea of the general atmosphere which is pretty good! Food is good, orders have never been messed up to date and the drive thru runs efficiently.
But today! I pulled to the window and the cashier was much more in tune with his job. He took my order and showed attention in something so simple. I passed on drinks today because I was looking to save a few dollars and have my bottle of water but he let me know of the happy hour special going on, let me know all that was included and got me taken care of. I couldn't get certain fruit pieces in my drink so he offered a substitute for a different fruit that sounded good.
I got to the window and asked for his name and let him know if he keeps the attitude he's got, he's going to be successful in something big. We learned his name is Mickey. Ive worked out a fast food window for 3 years when I was younger and understand the "grind" but he was bright as someone who just started his shift. He told me how he loves his job, mentioned it's good to have a positive outlook and I'm telling you, he almost recruited me to quit my job and apply at Taco Bell. This guy is in tune with the customer's, in tune with the menu and specials and a very capable sales person.
Mickey is a prime example of a poster employee. I know reviews are often looked over but I hope the franchise owner see's this and gives him a look. You've got a guy with a lot of potential. I hope to see him around again.
Only con, other guy who was handing the food out was a bit rude and hesitant to give me the other guy's name. He replied "uh... Mickey I think?". He's your teammate, your co worker, the guy right behind you. If I have a concern or compliment, I'd like to know the employee. I see some other reviews talking about the inside of the restaurant, I've only been inside a few times (all three in the morning) and the dining area and bathroom were clean during those times.
Food, exactly what I wanted, Drinks, perfect. Speed, fast. Thanks again, you always do it right for me Taco Bell.

I will not be returning to this Taco Bell. We stood at the counter for over 5 minutes and no one came to help us. We finally used the kiosk to order. The place was nasty, the garbage cans were all full, including the ones behind the counter. There was garbage all over the floor, including behind the counter. None of the tables looked like they had been cleaned. Awful music was playing very loudly throughout the restaurant. Honestly I think the Health Department needs to visit.
