    For the past week I've tried getting a frappe doesn't matter the time of the day they always say there not doing them and I drive to the other McDonald's and they do them I just don't understand why it's so hard it's the closest one to are house I guess Ill just start driving half way across hazard to get a drink I just want a frappe after a long days of hard work and god bless you

    Went in at 6:11 and the lobby opened at 6. No one at the open register to take my order. Looked around the corner in the kitchen and two ladies just chatting away with each other. Ignored me and when pressed said , were not on the clock. It actually was the manager and continued to ignore me. No explanation, no advice, no willingness to help. I left and went through the drive thru. No one answered to take my order. The worst customer service ever. That manager needs to be fired!

    I ordered my breakfast through the mobile app for this location. I ordered at about 10:10am and they do not stop serving breakfast until 10:30am. I made my way to the store under the assumption my food.would be prepared. When I arrived they told me I could not get the breakfast due to it being 1030am now even though I ordered this at 10:10am. Horrible customer service and lazy. My order should have been already bagged when I arrived. I will not go to this location again.
