Had to call in a delivery order due to their website never working, then they overcharged us $30. Called in to cancel the order, they told us we can’t cancel it because it’s already in the oven, would help if we weren’t on hold for over 10 minutes when we were calling to cancel. They proceeded to argue it and also got our address wrong, which made them retry the payment multiple times, where they then told us twice we aren’t in district although it went through the first time and eventually. Terrible service, won’t be using again.
