- JPJessica Puckett2 days ago1.0Placed a mobile order for curbside pickup, my husband waited for 20 minutes past the designated pickup time in the parking lot and then went inside to check on the order. Once inside an employee was very rude towards my husband and other employees about our pickup order. My husband asked politely for future reference was the curbside pickup not an option for this DQ and the employee was rude telling him it was but he should probably just not do it anymore. I understand that staffing might have been low but he was more than patient in waiting and inquiring about our food that wasn't even started until he walked in to ask and they discovered the curbside order. This dq just lost 2 customers today.
