  The breakfast crew has gotten my order wrong 100% of the time in my last 3 visits! The ladies at the windows are very friendly, but ive gotten the wrong order 3 different times. No I have not taken it back because I get it in the drive thru and travel away from harlan so by the time I realize it im outta of the town. Just very poor service at this location. I have reciepts and pictures of the food to prove it which ive sent to corp office. I refused any coupons or free food thats not my objective. My objective is to get the food I pay for.

  I wish there was a rating for a 0 star because I just went to McDonalds and we were waiting for 30 minutes for 1 gallon of sweet tea when they should have had some and the women went on a smoke break and forgot about us and the woman up there said it only takes 8 minutes to make it and we had to go in and get it ourselves and they were rude and they didn't even give us a full jug, and they said they didn't have enough tea and that's a lie because they were giving several cups of tea to a woman. I AM DISGUSTED!!! And here's a post of the seal and to prove we didn't take any out of it. I am beyond furious.
