The pancakes have no flavor at all, they gave no butter or syrup with them, they're thin and have a grainy texture. They remind me of hotel free breakfast pancakes, only slightly worse. I couldn't finish them, the texture was just awful. I fed the sausage to my dog. The customer service was very much lacking. The lady at the drive thru window was talking nonstop with her coworker, I couldnt even get her attention to ask for syrup. I'll stick with Dranes, they never disappoint. Dranes is cheaper anyway, has better quality food and has much better customer service.
