The regional manager working on 02/17/2026 was very kind and when we had an issue, she very quickly resovked it and made sure that we were taken care of. I am super grateful that people are able to look past religious beliefs to make sure everyone feels comfortable here. Thank you Joanne!

- JPJohn PJan 30, 20261.01st world problem rant: Greensburg Dairy Queen is such a joke anymore. You always get pulled forward, they try to give you your ice cream while you wait for your food. I politely asked the young lady to keep the ice cream in a freezer, or make it fresh when the food was done so it wouldn’t melt all over the car. (She offered me a lid and napkins 😂) she took the ice cream back and I assumed it was all good… then I get home and have a banana split that appears to be made with whole milk after a 3 minute drive PS: no napkins/spoons found

In the window, ledges and the high chairs don't never get cleaned, they blame it on that shift, but managers should walk the floor during the morning, they're putting themselves down, but the food is fine.
