I tried calling 7 times!!! Was hung up on 6 times!!! Only gong back to get my replacement order. At that cost I should not have a bad experience.

Ordered on the app and the store doesn't have the new sauce and instead of asking for a substitution I get pulled up for 10 minutes and get home to find a sorry excuse for trying to "fix" the missing sauce. Literally never have problems here but lately it's been a complete embarrassment. I called and they said "we don't have the sauce and can't take it off a mobile order" but they could of at least asked me when I got to the window if I wanted to change it. Do better.
