I ordered (on the app) a large double roast beef meal and I had an option for a free regular roast beef sandwich. My friend wanted to add mayo, lettuce, and tomato (the app would only let me add tomato, had to request the rest at the speaker). The roast beef on both sandwiches was dry, and the regular roast beef sandwich didn't get the tomato (my friend didn't tell me it was missing until she almost finished it). The Coke Zero tasted like it had too much carbonation in it. I came inside to add Diet Dr Pepper to it but it didn't taste any better. I didn't say anything to the employees as I think it was close to closing and decided to submit feedback on the app. I submitted this in the app twice, maybe 3 times, and never got any response or any offer of replacement. Nothing 🙁
