After being in the drive thru for less than a minute I had been asked three times if I was ready to order. My response was the same each time that I need a moment to look at the menu, they heard me, and responded yet continued to ask over and over and over again not giving me a chance to actually look at the menu.
(There was no cars in front of me nor behind me at the time)
I don't eat here often enough to know there menu and their website was very glitchy so I couldn't decide what I wanted beforehand.
Give people a second... I know you're on a time but if you mess with those wires enough you could probably find a way to glitch the system.
My old boss did that. She put a little switch next to the drive-thru window that they had us click constantly that made it look like cars were in and out in seconds.
Anyways... not being able to look at the menu without being bombarded with the same question over and over ruin the experience for me.

On November 5th my friend and my son and I came through the drive-thru. I ordered (on the app) a large double roast beef meal and I had an option for a free regular roast beef sandwich. My friend wanted to add mayo, lettuce, and tomato (the app would only let me add tomato, had to request the rest at the speaker).
The roast beef on both sandwiches was dry, and the regular roast beef sandwich didn't get the tomato (my friend didn't tell me it was missing until she almost finished it).
The Coke Zero tasted like it had too much carbonation in it. I came inside to add Diet Dr Pepper to it but it didn't taste any better. I didn't say anything to the employees as I think it was close to closing and decided to submit feedback on the app.
I submitted this in the app twice, maybe 3 times, and never got any response or any offer of replacement. Nothing 🙁
