  Ordered over $20 worth of food here yesterday and received none of it..... Pulled up to drive thru, waited around 7 mins in line, then because I ordered through the app just told them my name and pulled forward. Waited another 10 mins or so before the vehicle in front of me got their food and left. I pulled up to the window and got my drink but they stated that it would be another 4 mins for spicy nuggets if I could pull to and park in the parking spot by the drive thru that they would bring it out when ready. Did that. Waited for over 20 mins before going on my McDonalds app, ordering there, placing a negative Yelp review for the Wendys, and also submitting a complaint ticket to Wendys Customer Service.. All in all, over 45 mins of arriving to no food at all, so mad I just left after it all...... Will never eat here again, and don't suggest if you want your food either correct or in a timely manner no one else does either......

  Absolutely the best customer service today..Had a little wait for my foor and the lady I am guessing was the manager offered me a cookie to apologize for the wait...Brst customer service..Thank you for that .It makes a big impact..

  Skipped my order and then had to wait for it to be remade. Then it was made wrong. People was very rude. Very unsatisfactory. This is the 7th or 8th time this has happened.

  Awful service stood at the counter waiting to be served while employees just stared at me as they walked by. Stood in line to use the kiosk went up to the counter again to grab condiments no one helped had to use a cup lid fir the ketchup

  Great service and great food, there was this one employee with pins on his hat and darker hair working the cashier who helped us with our food as there was a debate over what was what with me and my family. Thanks!
