  I mobile ordered food and somehow still ended up missing a chicken nugget—like, how does that even happen? So I called, thinking it would be a quick fix, and the GM came in hot with an attitude like I personally offended them. Ma’am, it was your restaurant that forgot my food. At this point, I don’t even know why I keep going back, because every single time my order is wrong in some new, creative way. Congrats—you’ve finally pushed me to the one across town. I would rather risk cold fries than deal with the guaranteed chaos at this location.

  Went through the drive- thru 4/1/2026 around 4pm. The older sounding woman taking our order was very rude and had a terrible attitude as my husband was trying to order my child's happy meal. I was disgusted with how she was talking to him and did not want him to have to continue interacting with her. We told her we no longer wanted to continue with the order due to her poor attitude. She then changed her tone and tried to justify why she spoke to him in that manner. Her excuse was poor. We still decided to drive away as she had poor customer service as a her attitude was unacceptable. I would understand if he was rude to her, but he wasn't. He was even kind to her after she was rude to him. Custumer service is lacking these days.

  Every time I come here the line is wrapped around the building and then having to wait even longer just to get my food, mind you it's not even fresh when it finally gets to me. I end up being there for almost 30 mins just to get a quick meal.

  This is a great McDonald's Restaurant. Every time I have ordered food at this location it's always been fresh and hot. The inside of the restaurant is always clean, with an on-site employee who maintains the cleaning. The staff here are very friendly and welcoming. I've never had any issues or complaints until today, 03/14/26. The employee in charge of the drive-thru seemed to be too busy associating with another employee and could not seem to get my order right. An EASY order, at that! Then, once I received my food and made it home the fries were so soggy they almost seemed half-cooked and greasy! My drink needed to be remade, even after correcting and repeating the correct sauces needed it ended up being incorrect still.

  This was the worst good I have ever gotten at a McDonald's. I ordered a kids meal for portion control, the cheeseburger was luke warm and had so much salt and pepper in it a child could not have ate it. The french fries were cold, it was 330pm and I had to wait and they seemed very busy so i do not understand why they would give cold fries unless they assumed a child wouldn't complain. And this was the first time I was up charged for chocolate added to an iced coffee, the upcharge might be new or just a locale thing but 60 cents for added chocolate that you couldn't even taste us absurd. The human who walked the food out to me was very pleasant.
