They actually bring your food out to you on real plates, which already sets them apart, but what keeps me coming back is the service. They have a kiosk at the front, but someone always comes over to check on me and ask if I want help rather than just pointing me toward a screen. That matters more to me than people might realize. I will take genuine human customer service over AI or kiosk interactions every single time, and this location has consistently delivered that for years — including through Covid, when so many places used it as an excuse to hide behind screens and automation and never really went back. This location never lost that personal touch, and they've maintained it ever since. It's rare to find a place that holds onto that standard. They deserve credit for it.
