  I was accidentally overcharged for an item i didn't order. Manager Maria detected the mistake, and was very transparent about everything. Gave me a phone number to call to ensure the charge for the item was voided and i was charged the correct amount. She didn't just give away the food item (which corporate should be glad to know, she handled the situation very professionally and with a good attitude, and it was refreshing to have someone taking their job seriously in 2026. Maria's a good manager, do what you need to do in order to retain her. She's a rapidly dying breed.

  When you quit being 24 hours, you basically just killed yourselves. Good luck with those lame hours.

  Me and my girlfriend just came through the drive thru and had a very rude experience. When we got to the speaker we asked for a minute because we were deciding what to get. During that time the guy on the speaker said very rudely that he can take our order whenever we were ready. We ordered our drinks and had to repeat one drink what felt like 10 times. We were ok with this and actually laughed because it was funny. After finally getting all three flavors we wanted in the drink, some girl in the background said very loudly “Damn, all three flavors in a medium?” When getting to the window the girl handed us our drinks and was very rude towards us. I asked her if all the flavors were sugar free (just to double check because of the repetitions) and she said “Oh yeah but our flavors still are sweet even when they’re sugar free. I know you guys were laughing at us ” and closed the window in our faces. Also, we ordered a blast but it was just a cup of vanilla ice cream with a few cookies on top. None of it was even blended. I have had many good experiences here but this was disappointing.

  Just finished a double Smasher cheeseburger combo meal for only $6 . Cashier was very friendly and committed that it was a good deal, he wasn't kidding. A large loaded burger, tot's and drink, the burger bigger and better than a big Mac or wooper. Great deal and service.

  I got an oreo blast. But looks like 1 or 2 oreos if that. Very disappointing.
