I immediately tried to call the store to see if this could be fixed, the cancelation stopped or if I needed to reorder because I knew it was either done and about to leave the store or already had. This was about 30 minutes before closing and I waited on hold for 12 minutes when someone picked up, I said hello twice and they hung up. I called back from my phone and my daughter called from her phone. We were both on hold, hers was answered and hung up on, while I stayed on hold. Nobody ever answered. While my accidental cancelation was no fault of theirs, them picking up the phone and hanging up on customers or refusing to answer calls is ridiculous.
