My boyfriend and I go to this chipotle occasionally, but we will not be back after what we witnessed tonight. We watched a staff member with a meat thermometer cross contaminating absolutely everything. She went from testing the various meats, not wiping off the thermometer in between each, to then testing the temperature of the queso, not wiping off the thermometer, then sticking the thermometer into the freshly cooked chicken. To some, this may not seem like a big deal, but to people who have certain dietary restrictions due to medical issues, this is a huge problem. I cannot consume cheese AT ALL and if I were to have eaten a piece of chicken with queso on it, it would have landed me in the hospital. Between this location always being out of something, the service being subpar, and the staff not caring about other people’s health, we will NOT be returning to this location.
This was my first time visiting the Georgetown Chipotle. The food was as expected but the overall cleanliness was a problem. We ate lunch at 2:00 PM so the restaurant was not busy and it seemed well staffed. Every table in the restaurant was dirty and the trash bins were overflowing. I could understand if it was during the lunch rush and patrons were lining up for food, but at 2:00? Why couldn't some of those employees that were standing around empty the trash, sweep the floor and wipe down tablets? I quit going to Qdoba for this reason and I'm not likely to return to the Georgetown Chipotle.

First off I had no idea they opened one in Georgetown a few month ago so when I went to pick up some cats for rescue I volunteer with I was so excited to see it. I was there at 12:15pm. Wasn't busy yet. Just one person in front of me. Staff was very friendly, in and out in just a few minutes with my takeout and food was delicious. I will definitely be back everytime I'm transporting cats and in Georgetown. This was a treat for me as I live in Berry, KY and this is my FAVORITE restaurant.

I was gonna leave a one star review but instead I decided that I was gonna post how I feel so here it goes …
The Manager working on the line today, Had politely asked the grill person for steak because I had asked him how long would that take? The manager working on the line handled the situation well, he stood his ground when everyone was standing against him, as a manager that is the last feeling anyone should ever have to feel.
This manager, he stays busy, he helps his crew with things when they ask them to, he’s always moving around busy, doing stuff. I’m proud of him for as young as he looks he has very professional experience, He always comes to our table, and he checks on the taste of our food and always asks us if we’ve had the best service! And that means the most to us, we come in here 4 times a week just because he is here, he’s great and he has great leadership and customer experience someone needs to thank this man, we will be getting his name and we will contact corporate and let them know to never let this one go, he was under a lot of pressure you could just tell, his jobs stressful be nice to him!
Also, learn how to conduct the heavy guy in the Manager shirt he shouldn’t have been laughing and making jokes to the manager working the line with a crew shirt on I’m assuming he’s a service manager because he got onto the manager in the kitchen and said please don’t laugh and make it worse. It’s sad he doesn’t have a manager shirt on when the ones that have them on act immature within their title. That’s greed.
Great location, just don’t like to see grill cooks being hostile with their boss. Regardless of title you respect him as he was doing to you!
Also, that manager, Is the reason why I put 5 star review!!

This is the best chipotle I’ve been into, I visited the Restraunt on 02/11/2026, I had the greatest experience with one of the Service managers Dalton. He’s always smiling & bringing so much joy to customers no matter how busy the Restraunt is, Dalton is a customers vibe, Ensuring every detail of my bowl is made perfect, proficiently and has always been very good at solving my complains. His energy is phenomenal, Daltons warm smile brings us back here every time, I don’t know where yall found this service manager, but he’s definitely a vibe and yall should keep him and never get rid of him, he’s one of a kind that’s for sure and as long as daltons at this location I’ll spend every penny, because it’s worth it! Thankyou for your great and outstanding customer service! I hope Daltons boss gets to see this and I hope they thank him for everything he’s done to better this Chipotle experience for everyone in the past who did not have a great experience! Thankyou Dalton, we will be back to see you!!!
