Food was decent. The food wasn’t the problem, the service was. The girl who was making my bowl seemed very annoyed. Her attitude only seemed to get worse after I was asking for things that they had run low on, I would have been willing to wait for them to restock if she had said something. Instead, she walked into another place in the kitchen to receive what I had asked for and let out a sigh as if I was inconveniencing her. She then did the exact same thing to another item I wanted in my bowl. There was also an older woman next to me in line who had never been to a chipotle before and was asking the same girl questions, each time she asked a question the worker acted annoyed as if it was a problem. She then proceeded to place my bow down very aggressively to her other female coworker, who also had the same snotty attitude. The only respectable encounter I had was with the nice woman working the cashier. Props to her. I wish they had name tags so I could give her the respect she deserves having to put up with all of her miserable coworkers. But seeing as my review is just one of the many negative ones , I guess they are right where they are belong at their one star job. Management needs to do better.

The O'l Charley burial ground must be haunted. Not a great first experince at this location. As seen in my e-mail confirmation, I ordered a steak quesadilla and carne asada taco. I received two bowls instead which were 95% rice. I'm only giving two stars on food and service instead of 1 star because the food was actually ready by the pick up time given to me, and I actually got my chips and queso. I'll stick to Qudoba from now on given that so many other people have had issues and the issues haven't been resolved. Plus Qudoba has more options food options and they've never messed up a single order for me. I can't speak for others.
Tried ordering food online and couldn't get payment to go threw a couple time's, so i called the number and couldn't get an order threw there otimated person, then was able to talk to someone and they told me what i was wanting to order online they were not aloud to do over the phone that i had to go to Chipotle to oder my meal, so i went to the georgetown ky location and tried gettn the order i wanted and they told me they can't do that, that if i wanted that online order that i would either half to order it online or call the number order, witch already tried all that, just a big run around and waist of my gass, my opinion is go somewhere else, they just lost a customer hear, was able to go down to Tres Hermanos Nunez Mexican restaurant, and ordered my food for 4 people to go with no problems
This place is a train wreck. Upon walking in I first noticed the tables hadn't been cleaned in a long time - dried food all over them. There wasn't a single clean place to sit and eat. I had to ask them to clean us a table because I wasn't going to eat on others' leftover food. The wait to order was about 8 minutes (with only two people in front of us) because only one person was working the line. Much of the food on the line had obviously been there for hours - pinto beans mostly dried up. Food had been dropped and no one had made any effort to wipe down any surfaces. The table behind them had a bowl that apparently had rice at some point and rice was scattered all over the place - again no one had even attempted to clean up. Food was littered all over the floor in the prep area. Door Dash people waiting 20+ minutes to pick up orders. Manager who couldn't sort orders and definitely shouldn't be managing. The food portions were skimpy compared to experiences at other Chipotle's I've visited. We ordered chips and queso to go with our meal and no one ever made an attempt to fill one little cup with queso. While we stood and waited, no one would even ask what we needed or make eye contact. It was a matter of completely ignoring us standing there. I realize they've only been opened a few weeks but most of these issues have less to do with new business than incompetence on the part of their management. No reason for there to be so much dried food on tables where people sit and eat. The floors hadn't been swept - plastic gloves worn by staff lying on the dining room floor. Again, this isn't new business issues, this is management problems. I won't be back to this location.

Would give 0 Stars if able too. Overall (and short answer) - Terrible customer service by GM ALONE. 11:30 pick-up, food was ready at 11:45. Not shocking due to GM saying it was not going to be ready & her attitude towards the situation. Food was cold, chips were OVERLY salted.
Long review:
Needed to place a catering order for following day. Originally planned to place online but it did not show the pick up time I needed (they ask that it be 24 hours notice). I went to Chipotle at 2:15/2:30, to see if they could take a catering order for 11:15/11:30 the next day, since it was still the day before and it was only 21 hours until the event (what's the 3 hours going to do when they do not start prepping until the night before or the morning of?). When I walked in there was 1 other customer in the store besides me (no more than 3 customers at any given time, including me). I asked to place a catering order for the following day (didn’t give any details of what or when I needed it). Worker looked back to an individual standing on their personal phone to ask about placing a catering order for following day (I did not find this out until LATER on but this individual is the GM of the restaurant). The GM then proceeded to loudly and rudely tell me from the back of work area (did not bother to walk up to the counter to have a conversation) that they do NOT take catering orders in store. The only way they allow catering orders is through online placement or calling the number online and they would not take the order cause it’s got to be made 24 hours in advance. How would she know this? She did not ask me WHEN I needed it the following day nor did I tell her. How she handled this interaction was as if she was an entry or intermediate level employee at Chipotle who was fed up with work for the day and didn’t want to do anything. Since she told me that they could not take catering orders physically at the store, I left and called the customer service line to place order. After some back and forth (with customer service as well), the GM agreed to do my order (after she found out it was for Toyota) and blatantly told me it would not be ready in time (no effort, very lazy). So I finished my order via customer service rep on phone.
Day of pickup - GM was still not pleasant to deal with - very rude, not friendly at all. Food was ready 15 minutes past pickup time - 11:30 pick-up, food was ready at 11:45. Not shocking due to GM saying it was not going to be ready and her attitude towards the situation. Food was cold, chips were OVERLY salted (no one ate past a couple chips).
I completely get it if a couple catering orders are already placed and you cannot accommodate additional, but you have to be TRANSPARENT with the customer, especially if it’s possibly a potential repeat catering customer you are turning away (Toyota is less than 4 miles away, LOTS of catering will be asked for by Toyota and we share our experiences with other departments, we need RELIABLE, accommodating catering - some things are last minute and we cannot help it and it's helpful when people are understanding of that. That itself goes a LONG way for us). But instead I was dissed from the very start and not to mention she avoided the order by telling me they could not take orders physically at the store for catering (how many other people has she told that they cannot take orders at the store? That is a risk to losing some customers...). She was very unprofessional and that alone makes me not want to return as a customer to this location. The only reason I didn’t take my order elsewhere was due to my WHOLE group requesting this restaurant since it was new in town & not many have had time to try it due to rush hr - my department is my customer base, my goal is to make them happy & cater to their requests, not ignore just because something makes my life 1% harder. There are plenty of other restaurants in G-Town who can take a catering order in a 20 hour notice/notice the day prior. After this experience and how I was treated as a customer by the GM, I will not return.
