I place my order 20 min before head to the store, I get on line and had to wait in the drive thru for over 30 min and my order was still not ready they came to ask for my name and told me my order was not ready but they never bring it to me , I had to leave without my order, this place need to be close or fire the people they have
They NEVER give you what you order in the app! Every time I've ordered, they either forgot the queso, the vegetables, or the chicken, usually a few things at once. They also fail to give you anything extra that you order and customer service refuses to do anything about it. They actually said they couldn't compensate for mistakes every time they were made, but they would pass along that the store needed to double check orders. Oh, and they fail to clean their grill. You may receive large pieces of black chunks in your bowl. I hope it's just carbon from an unclean grill, but with Chipotle, who knows? They do have a history of things, often bugs, showing up in their food.

If there was a negative star, I'd apply it. You can stand in there at the counter for 10 minutes waiting on a pick-up order, noone will help you. Then they took the order to the drive-thru window & made me go outside, get in my car, and go through through the busy drive-thru to pick it up, because that was the only way to get it via their refusal to help! Completely incompetent. To make it worse they told me at the drive-thru they don't have a register in the drive-thru, to add sour cream to a paid for order, that was supposed to have it anyway. There's really no words to express how horrible the service is. A complete joke. The food's too expensive and doesn't even taste good. I'll be glad when it goes out of business and gets replace with a restaurant worthwhile.

I was there at 8:00 tonight, close is around 10:00. My wait time was fine but the restaurant was dirty to the point where I almost left. Used bowls and knives sitting around in the kitchen, floor covered in trash, prep stations covered in food. Even the drink station was a mess. I am rarely put off by anything but I was honestly concerned about the food safety here. The staff were pleasant and I had no problem with service.

My boyfriend and I go to this chipotle occasionally, but we will not be back after what we witnessed tonight. We watched a staff member with a meat thermometer cross contaminating absolutely everything. She went from testing the various meats, not wiping off the thermometer in between each, to then testing the temperature of the queso, not wiping off the thermometer, then sticking the thermometer into the freshly cooked chicken. To some, this may not seem like a big deal, but to people who have certain dietary restrictions due to medical issues, this is a huge problem. I cannot consume cheese AT ALL and if I were to have eaten a piece of chicken with queso on it, it would have landed me in the hospital. Between this location always being out of something, the service being subpar, and the staff not caring about other people’s health, we will NOT be returning to this location.
