  Rey made this meal 5 stars. he welcomed everyone into the restaurant and walked up to everyone sitting down and asked if we wanted refills. he was the sweetest. i will be dining in more because of him.

  Chick-fil-A in Georgetown and most others I've visited in the past seem to always have everything running and operating like a well oiled machine. The line seems to always go quickly, the staff is always kind and the food is good and priced about like other chicken joints.

  Went yesterday— Staff was inconsiderate. I cant have butter or oil so I got a grilled sandwhich and asked them to not butter the multigrain bun (they said not to worry because they never buttered the multigrain buns). I got my food and the bun was soaked in oil. I told them, and instead of giving me a new sandwhich they threw the meat, tomato, and lettuce into a salad container which made the lettuce and tomato soggy. Then, they gave me a bagged gluten free bun. Why gluten free? I basically had to remake my sand-which at home.

  I normally do not complain about restaurants, but this time I am genuinely frustrated. I have been to this Chick fil A twice in the last month, and both experiences have left me extremely disappointed. The first visit was through the drive thru. I was in a hurry and did not check my bag before leaving. When I got home, I realized I was missing Chick nuggets and fries, nearly half of my order. I called immediately and was told to come back through the drive thru and they would make it right. I returned within two minutes since I live nearby and then sat in the drive thru for over 45 minutes waiting for the replacement items. By the time I finally got home, my original meal was cold because of the extra wait time for food that should have been in the bag to begin with. What was even more disappointing was when I called back and spoke with a manager. All I received was “I’m sorry.” There was no real attempt to make it right beyond that. There was no offer to replace the entire meal and no acknowledgement of the inconvenience of having to wait that long for their mistake. I waited a while before returning because I was so frustrated. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was not any better. I sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes for just fries and a drink. It took 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged that I was sitting there. Then three separate employees came to my car asking what was going on, and I had to repeat my order multiple times. I am not sure what has changed at this location, but the level of service has declined significantly. I have always associated Chick fil A with efficiency and strong customer service, but these recent experiences were anything but that. This is not the standard Chick fil A is known for, and I hope leadership takes this feedback seriously.
