- KBKatelyn BakerOct 1, 20251.0Everytime I get anything from this location the cheese ain’t melted down and everything’s just kinda thrown together it’s VERY obvious I don’t kno it’s just the only location I’ve ever got food like that from we got a quesadilla and cantina taco in r order both the cheese wasn’t melted we were already home so we just delt with it at home just aggy cause the whole reason for fast food is to have fast convient atleast ok food and the food just wasn’t even ok made me loose my WHOLE appetite im just not going to give this location my business anymore witch is aggy cause I use to love Taco Bell but this location done ruined my appetite for Taco Bell in general lol.
- JMJames MooreSep 5, 20251.0Stood at the counter for 10 minutes. No one else in the lobby. Made eye contact with three employees that didn't even acknowledge me. No "we'll be right with you" or anything. An employee walked in the door, went to the register, to clock in I assume, walked around the corner and stared at the counter for 5 minutes, periodically looking over her shoulder to see if I was still standing there I guess. The others would look at me, then look at her. Finally, I left and went to Hardees next door. I wish the owner would walk in incognito and see the lack of customer service.
