    The worker who dealt with us was very nice and this is not a reflection on him. Almost every table was dirty. The only couple that were clean were directly in the sunlight. Then as im eating my cheeseburger I find a small part black part Grey hair in it. Noticed everyone had very long unkempt hair. No hairnets in sight. Who I assume is the manager was sitting at a clean table working on a laptop and had to of seen the state of the dining room. Also the drinks were flat. I tried 3 kinds. When I brought the hair to their attention their response was to offer me a pie... they were bragging about "being ready for 10 cars in the next hour" but they sure weren't ready for ten people dining in. Visit was 1/11/26 @2pm

    Me and the wife ordered 13 cookies online. Got to the restaurant had to wait for them to cook the cookies. Then we open the box a the cookies were like someone just crumbled them up and thru them in the box. Very very disappointed. We took them back.

    Door was locked at 9:30! They were advertised as open until 11:00. Terrible inconvenience!! Had to use drive through which we didn't want after being on the road for hours! Burger not made fresh to order. All around dissapointing. What has happened to McDonald's? Not the same at all.
