Me and the wife ordered 13 cookies online. Got to the restaurant had to wait for them to cook the cookies. Then we open the box a the cookies were like someone just crumbled them up and thru them in the box. Very very disappointed. We took them back.

Door was locked at 9:30! They were advertised as open until 11:00. Terrible inconvenience!! Had to use drive through which we didn't want after being on the road for hours! Burger not made fresh to order. All around dissapointing. What has happened to McDonald's? Not the same at all.

There was a double cheeseburger special today. This location did not honor the price even after my wife called to make sure they were participating. Excuses were made a few times by the person taking the orders at the drive thru. Went across the street to Sonic and they honored their special. This was not about the money , the honesty was the key failure here.

Placed my order at 5:07am and waited till 5:30 while waiting on my frappe which was the only thing I ordered I watched them drop it and the manager looked at me turned back around and proceeded to bag food orders I asked for my refund and left.
