Seasoned and tidbits of the ingredients in it..not red liquid..lol. I had the lettuce wrap, I'm keto, so Yes they have options!! My son had some fajitas..looked so good! Shrimp and chicken cheese..the refried beans..I want the recipe, I don't know what they do different, but yummmmm
