- KSKendra SmithFeb 26, 20261.0I’m very disappointed with my last order I've gotten from Dunkin. I placed an online order, the parking lot was completely empty, so I thought I’d get quick and friendly service.. instead I was given subpar barely cooked food, donuts I didn’t even order, and a drink that was barely blended and undrinkable by straw. I was given my food, then I was told that they were out of the blueberry muchkins I ordered so they just added original into the box, but they aren’t even original muchkins.. they were like donut nuggets. Hard, flat and kinda tasted stale and then the window was closed before I could even say anything really.

They claimed they were entirely out of donuts and they delivery driver said they case was completely empty. They didnt contact support on our behalf to cancel the order they still let him pick it up and made us cancel the order. Completely ridiculous that a donut store was out of donuts. It would be more understandable if the store were closer to closing but the location didnt close for another 4 hours
