  Everytime I come up here the food is cold and the wait in the drive thru is ridiculous. I've been waiting 20 minutes for a single cheeseburger

  Terrible service and communication. Had a small order and was told to pull up even though it was empty till I had pulled up. Seen 4 people leave after me including a pick up order. Finally my order comes but it was missing items and sauces but they would not answer phone and every time I tried calling got the disconnect tone. Didn't have time to turn around because lunch break was almost over.

  If I wanted to spend $15 and wait 10 minutes on a burger and fries I would go to an actual restaurant

  I just went to this Wendy’s and it was not the best experience. I ordered a bake potato with butter and sour cream. They gave me no fork, no butter and no sour cream. The potato wasn’t even cooked, it was so hard and it was basically a plain hard potato. The cheese that was on the potato had lettuce in which is disgusting. My nuggest had fried in the container, and the burger I got honestly I was scared to eat. Do better
