This wouldnt bother me if I hadn’t just gotten off work from an 10 hour shift moving. Ordered two meals tonight. Both being chiken and asked for ketchup. They gave me two packets, missed my JR frosty and gave me the wrong sized fry entirely. I was overcharged for what I received. Take your business elsewhere. They also got rid of one of their most popular sauces. I swear businesses get rid of everything good 🥲🥲 If you see this and you know me- No you don’t.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The last 2 times I’ve been to this location I’ve received nothing but attitude and disrespect and talked to like I am stupid at the window. First time I asked for straws and was told they were in the bag which they weren’t and when I told them no straws where in the bag I’m assuming she was the manager because she looked dressed more professionally than the others started blowing and rolling her eyes. The second time they literally forgot half of my order and when I was telling them what all was missing more eye rolls occurred. Like it was an inconvenience. I payed for the food give me what I paid for. I will literally drive across town to go to the other Wendy’s every time from here on out. The rudest/disrespectful place I’ve been too in a long time. Won’t be back.

As I was traveling I stopped to get a bite to eat..baked potato tasted almost burnt.. Frosty was great... Lady's bathroom was a nightmare. Floor torn up and very uneven holes in the walls . Pipes exposed. Very scary bathroom to go to not knowing if someone or something was going to come through the wall. No hand towels. Lots of bees crawling on the floor... It was awful 😞. costumer service was great thay was very polite and helpful.
