  This is only my 2nd time at this location because their drive thru is always packed. I found it tonight why is always packed. They are so disorganized in there. I was placing my order through the app and decided to pickup at the counter instead of the drive thru. When I got inside there were a ton of people in there too. I looked up at the screen for counter orders and it was blank. First read flag. They are bumping orders to out the door to keep their numbers good. In doing so they lost my order. After sitting patiently for about 20 minutes I asked about the status of my order and a minute or so later I get a bag thrown at me with a rude "Have a good night". Looking in the bag I noticed it wasn't my order and I had to get someone's attention again to get the right order. When I called them out on bumping orders too early the manager on-duty lied to me saying that mobile orders go to the doordash screen. I know that she lied because for one, I've ordered through the app plenty of times to know which screen it goes too. Second, without hitting any buttons on the doordash screen they picked up the receipt for my order from behind some bags. Then the manager on-duty scolded an employee in front of customers about bumping orders to soon. I don't blame the employee because I know that's the way she was trained. I've seen it happen at multiple locations in multiple states. The staff at this location, especially the manager on-duty, needs some immediate remedial training. I also think corporate needs to start auditing out the door times because they're higher than what the numbers say. Maybe it's time to bring back secret shoppers. I've never worked at McDonald's a day in my life and I could run this store 1000 times better.

  Went and ordered a meal and than they left the sandwich out of the meal but gave us everything else but didn’t give us a receipt so when we realized we came back and it was no issue at fort the man at the window said he would fix it than three minutes later a lady returned and said sorry can’t help without the receipt which was never given worst attitude about it all would love to speak to a gm but every time you call the store no answer or you get an automated message and they never call back

  LAZY, IGNORANT. all i have to say about this mcdonalds. came here the past few nights since i get off work late and they just cant seem to get an order right to save their lives & take a careless amount of time
