Idk if its just because of new workers maybe or just today, but the service was terrible. We pull to the window and our drinks are all messy. Food soggy. Drink i asked for extra chai in tasted like milk and no flavor. The kady forgot half our food and was rushing us out of the drive thru and knky gave us the correct order when we said "uh, i paid for that" and she woukd give it to us. No saying sorry for the inconvenience or anything. I work fast food so i know how it goes, if you mess up an order you say sorry and fix it. She didnt even do that. She looked annoyed and had a fake like tone in her voice when handing us the food. Overall was a bad experience today. If its like this again i wont be coming back.

I ordered the turkey sausage egg and cheese and the meat was burnt beyond recognition. And the iced vanilla sweet cream cold brew. Actually tasted like vomit. Its 9:30 am. Not a single person in line. Ive been to McDonald's in NYC at midnight that were 10xs better and busier. This establishment has no excuse bur pure laziness. Its sad

Today I went to Dunkin like I do everyday before work for breakfast. I always get a mango Dunkin refresher with green tea ,no ice and extra concentrate along with a breakfast sandwich. I have been going to Dunkin for over a year now. I’m there 6 days a week. Starbucks used to be my place until I had a refresher from Dunkin. Today I went and was told that they can no longer make my drink because they don’t have a up charge button. I never cared about being uncharged I understand with no ice comes extra product. I get it! However, I was told they can no longer make my drink. Wow! What customer service! Dunkin would rather lose a customer than find a way to up charge. Really blows my mind. Guess it’s back to Starbucks for me. Good job management for losing a loyal customer!
