  Takes the whole staff to take the trash out and smoke. Not a single one washed their hands or put on gloves. 7:30pm Feb 18th. Big guy had his arm shoulder deep in a trash can then touched the food, counter and register. GROSS. Ill never be back. How do you even get a whole group of nasty's like that is beyond me. Time to start over. Or just close it. Least wash your hands after having fingers in your mouth and trash. Good grief.

  Home of the Blizzard… and apparently the microwaved burger. 🤢 Ordered a burger expecting hot and fresh, but what I got tasted like it came straight out of a breakroom microwave. And can we talk about the toppings?? Lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles should NOT be steaming hot. Those are cold toppings. They should never be warm, and definitely should never see the inside of a microwave. Nothing says “we gave up” like hot lettuce. Ice cream? Still elite. Burgers? Absolutely not. If you’re coming here, stick to what they’re good at and avoid the "grill" like your dignity depends on it. Floor so sticky you almost loose a shoe. --And yes, I have called the store multiple times about this issue just for it to happen again when I come back through.

  I like DQ because the food is hot! Having said that, went through drive thru and ordered the $7 meal deal. When handed the ice cream I was told they were out of lids. That would be difficult to drive with. And then handed a spoon with no wrapping on it. When asked if they had a wrapped spoon they said no. The person sneezed in their hand which already made me not want to think about eating the ice cream. It’s odd that an ice cream spot doesn’t have pre-wrapped utensils.

  This is the laziest bunch of people I have ever seen!!!! This location is horrid and they are too lazy to even serve breakfast 🤣🤦🏻‍♂️ anytime I’ve come they stopped serving it later due to laziness so they just stopped altogether! Do not eat at fourteen foods Frankfort west location. I promise it’s nothing but disappointment 🤦🏻‍♂️ they would rather give their business to Jett drive location so shop there instead!!!

  Got a molded hamburger bun and called and told manager and he pretty much said we'll what can he do about it
