She NEVER said we'd be charged. Bill came and we were charge 6.99 for her mistake. We told them it wasn't fair. He didn't care. We paid, but did not leave a tip. Her tip went to the cost of replacing HER mistake. We used to eat there weekly. No more. Will find another location if need be. Very unprofessional.
