  It's great , but like most fast food places people forget something so that's always a slow down . Sonic though is on it and speed it out fast as possible with great quality .

  Mostly good food, however there have been multiple visits with rude staff and they are oddly stingy with their sauce. (Even charging for just one with your order of fries) They could take some notes from Chick-fil-A.

  I visited the Ft wright location 3/28/26 at 11:30pm! The food was great but I was missing an item! I asked to speak to a manager and a very young light skinned girl with curly hair said she was the manager and was very rude and nasty! Do better. Need better Management. Should double check orders to make sure all items are there before giving them out to avoid this issue!

  Good morning, I usually don’t write reviews or complaints, but after my recent visit to the newly opened Sonic on Madison Pike in Fort Wright, Ky with my kids, I felt compelled to share my experience. In my 38 years, this was easily the worst order execution I’ve ever encountered at a fast-food restaurant. We ordered two kids’ meals, a burger, chicken tenders, and mozzarella sticks. Unfortunately, nearly every part of the order was incorrect: • We ordered tater tots for both kids’ meals but received fries instead. • We asked for ranch but didn’t receive any. • We asked for no vegetables on the kids’ burger and were told none come on it, but it arrived with pickles. • My burger came without lettuce or tomato, even though I didn’t ask for anything to be removed. • The mozzarella sticks were extremely overcooked and hard as a rock. • We also didn’t receive a receipt. The only item that came out as expected was the chicken tenders—though even those were missing the ranch we requested. I understand that mistakes happen, especially at a newly opened location, but having nearly every item in an order come out incorrectly was extremely disappointing. I hope this feedback helps improve the attention to detail and order accuracy going forward.
