When the employee brought out my food, he handed me a bag and started to walk off. I told him that he forgot my drink and I was told to go through the drive thru for a second time to receive it. When I started eating, I discovered that the burrito was extremely poorly made and didn't have the crunchy fiesta strips it was supposed to inside. Disappointing, but not a deal breaker. However, they replaced my Chalupa Supreme that comes with the box with a normal Crunchy Taco Supreme instead, and shorted me one Doritos taco that I ordered. On top of the drive thru musical chair fiasco, this is really unacceptable customer service.
