As soon as I get in line at the speaker, the employee seems very unhappy which is whatever but they state “we’re working on it”. I pull around to the window and get handed my “drink”. I ordered a large HOT latte. Instead I was given a small, lukewarm latte in a large cup. This is absolutely ridiculous for what this drinks cost. And really it’s not about the money, it’s the principle.

Stupid me has given them one too many chances out of convenience. Again today I order a medium hot mocha, which is supposed to be 14oz per the website and got home and it measured at 10oz. This coffee place has now shorted me the equivalent of a medium coffee because I’ve been dumb enough to go here 3 times now. This time they were also out of blueberry muffins, so my whole order has been less than stellar. I’ve even reached out to the company bout them shorting the coffee and they don’t care that they over charge their customers.

They just kept looking at me and walking away.... no one even opened the window.
