- AKAubrey KFeb 12, 20261.0I love Dunkin' but this location, despite being super convenient to me, is not one I will ever visit again, which is such a bummer. I tried to give it the benefit of the doubt, but after visiting this place 6 or 7 times, they have NEVER gotten my order completely correct (wrong size drink, wrong donut(s), missing items, etc.). The employees seem nice, but they're inept. The coffee is inconsistent - twice I've had grounds in the bottom. Beyond this, prices are higher than other franchise locations. Spend your money and sanity elsewhere - Crescent Springs Dunkin' or down the street at Reality Tuesday.
