  Whoever was at the checkout window did her best to make sure we weren't seated at 4P.M. on a Sunday for whatever reason. When the waitress tried seating us at a booth she actively told her "no" and shook her head. I've only been to this location once before with zero issue. After being discouraged from being sat, only being given one menu, having the appetizer arrive at the same time as the food, which was barely lukewarm, I can see why this BDubs is one of the lowest rated in the area. Hopefully they'll replace it with a restaurant that actually wants customers in the middle of the day on the weekend but who knows. If they're actively trying to drive customers away so aggressively it likely won't take long.

  Food is smooth, but if i pay for sauce i expect to get it. Or maybe don’t charge for ranch? Just an idea.

  Every time I go there, it is clean and orderly. Sometimes we are seated sometimes it’s find your own seat. Also, sometimes service is fast sometimes it’s slow. That does not matter how busy the store is. If it’s fast or if it’s slow, it’s still not dependent on how fast or slow the service is. Food is really great most of the time. The times food is not great, service is also bad enough to where I would not send it back to get fixed because it would be too much of a headache.

  Such potential… but mismanaged. We had one server for eight tables running crazy and not keeping up. Three staff behind the cash register standing around and talking. One of them came out when new customers arrived and would take them to a table. No welcome or greeting just how many and taken to a table even though the server clearly could not handle any more tables. Why didn’t one of the three people that was clearly bored and whose conversation and laughing filled our half of the restaurant come out and bus tables? Why didn’t they go around and ask people if they needed anything? Why didn’t they perform the role of a service assistant? They were quick to correct my order when I came up to the cash register. They were quick to figure out my bill when I got tired of waiting and came up to the register but yet they couldn’t move to help any of the customers when the server was clearly working her tail off and falling more and more behind. I just don’t understand how you could overstaff a restaurant and yet be able to provide such a poor level of service to your customers… Crazy Town.

  Absolutely zero professionalism, the manager is a child and zero help with legitimate issues. Very sad to see one of my favorite places fall apart!
