  So I love french tips so I had to try the new French dip Royale it was really good I would suggest getting it without the sauce and just getting extra grilled onions

  Missing items in order, the app doesn’t have a way to tell them they missed something in the order and the online form failed to submit my complaint 😁 Also is this the amount of meat supposed to be on a French Swiss??

  Never go to fast food restaurants because of the following reasons, I ordered fish it was cold everything was cold and tasted like it had been sitting there for 2 days unbelievable.I got a lemonade that was literally water I guess the machine broke. I should have taken everything back in but I was on my way to work.This food was barely edible they should be ashamed of themselves . I go by there all the time and wonder why the parking lot is so desolate, now I know. I guess it'll be another year before I eat at a fast food place.

  Have you ever went through a drive-thru and been pressured to order quickly or the person in the window isn't nice so you can't enjoy your food after? That is not the case at fort wright Arby's when Lori is in the window. Lori doesn't pressure you to order quickly, she lets you take your time and when you get to the window she makes sure you have every thing you need to enjoy your meal with a smile on her face. Pretty sure she's been there a while. I know I've seen her before and I don't eat out often. Today I went for my birthday freebie and some lunch and she even told me happy birthday 3x which I thought was super sweet! Had to come write a good review for an awesome experience. Thank you Lori & Ft Wright Arby's!
