  Called to order and spoke with someone who sounded like they were from a call center. I say this not bc of an accent but bc of the numerous unnecessary questions asked that prolonged the exchange. After several minutes of back and forth I found they were adding a $5 delivery fee onto my $12 order that doesn’t go to the driver. When I asked why a $12 coupon turned into a $17 total before tax and tip, I was told their pizza delivery drivers make a salary to cover their time. So am I expected to tip or not? Is it a $12 pizza with coupon or is it a $20 pizza after tip? Have you ever heard of a pizza delivery driver making salary? Went with LaRosa’s instead, got my pizza and a 2 Liter and after tip it was $20 after tip. No bogus delivery charge that only goes to the company and is 40% of the total. Tipped 20%. Don’t waste your time. I’ve lived in the area for 40 years and every time I’ve called to order a pizza it’s: “What’s your number? What would you like? Great this is your total. We’ll see you in 45 minutes.” I don’t know why Papa John’s needs to over complicate a simple order, or charge a fee that is 40% of the total and needs an additional tip, but I’m not paying it. It’s a pizza order, not a time share with hidden fees.

  Good chain pizza place with quality and service as expected for a franchise. Service is usually above the standard chain level at this location.

  I gave a 1 star because there were no options below that. Ordered simple large pizza half bacon/cheese, I don't know how it's possible for the same pizza but the crust on one side was how it should normally look, then other side looked like the thin crust you get at larosas. The crust was so hard on the thin side I had to eat around it and that's my favorite part. I don't know what training they go through but maybe management needs to be retrained so the employees know what they are doing or not doing so this doesn't happen time and time again.

  When I ordered a pizza last week its 14$ and now the same its 18$. When I asked manager or supervisor mentioned this deal is different but last time I havent used any deal
