    I have debated leaving this review, but decided the abuse received by an employee could not be overlooked. I was at the Buttermilk store on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving. A member of a your leadership team was constantly berating one of your younger staff. When I asked, I was told this was your district manager Karen. Let that sink in, a district manager is belittling and disrespecting a staff member, with the added benefit of doing it in front of customers. Karen openly told the young lady that "No one wants you here anyway." I'll take my business else where Graeters.

    I usually love this location, but I was in the store on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving, and witnessed what I now know to be the district manager named Karen (ironically) berate a store employee and tell her that "no one wants you here anyway." Do better, Graeters.

    Love the doughnuts and the Thanksgiving pies looked delicious. It’s our favorite ice cream (we travel from out of town for it) but too cold for that.

    This morning, the Ft. Mitchell store was so awesome. I had to get six pints back to Evansville for our hard working teachers from Evansville Lutheran School. Thanks so much!

    WOW! This is hands down, the best icecream ive ever had! Was there a wait to get it, absolutely! But it went fast and id do it 100 times over again. They're service was very fast and the icecream was the best ive had.
