Jimmy John's said they don't have have drivers on Sunday, they 3rd party with Uber. Said driver never showed up. Never bothered to call , text, or email. This is unacceptable. Won't be ordering here again.

I regularly eat get my lunch from here. They are usually pretty good about getting your remote orders ready quickly. It's typically done before I even get there. The staff is friendly and will make sure things are correct with your order.

As someone who has a dairy allergy, I do not say this lightly. While I appreciate having fun at work and understanding about having a good time, PLEASE have your employees pay attention when someone asks for modifications. Our orders were marked incorrectly and luckily my daughter noticed before I took a bite out of my wrap. Hers was marked as having the dairy items and mine was marked as not having. However, they should have been swapped. This could have been a major problem! The employees on this Sunday were joking around with each other while making my order and it truly distracted them. The food has always been good but this service is not ok.
