Often leaving the online ordering option live for your just to print off without anyone working. You then get to try to redeemed your order at another location. This location has a virtual monopoly at HRC no reason this location should be fully staffed 5 days a week! Do Better!
- APaudrianna powellNov 24, 20191.0I have gone here so many times and it’s never good yet this is the only Dunkin close to us so I keep hoping I’ll get lucky I always order mocha iced coffee twice they have not put any mocha flavoring in it it said it on the ticket but after looking at the bottom of the cup realized they forgot! then another time I went they were out of everything and the cream cheese was expired so they had none to serve there is always like one worker so getting anything takes forever and I feel sorry for that one person having to ring everything up and make it! Also got a sandwich one day and half the crosont was missing like dang it’s just never a good excperience unless I micro manage everything to make sure they fix it before I leave! Get some more help there should never be one employee that’s a major safety hazard! Guest can’t have good service when one employee is struggling to do it all! They don’t seem to care about guest service manager offered no compensation when I was charged for things they ended up being out of she didn’t even seem to care refunded me and walked away next door to continue whatever she was doing leaving her employee alone once more!
