Like other commenters before me, I need to complain about their operating hours. First and foremost, this sign outside their counter in the mini mall is a lie. I spoke to the general manager who told me directly they " always need to clean their equipment and may be open half of the posted hours." They were closed the entire weekend when their hours say they should be open both days. It is disappointing for sure for those who want ice cream without having to drive to Radcliffe. They have a limited menu, and with their infrequent and inconsistent operating hours, it is more worth your time to drive to Radcliffe.

Only 23 flavors, only half of the seasonal favorites, only threee samples for my foreign friend who has never had BR nor any of their flavors. No waffle cones…claimed “morning crew”

Close before posted closing time, most likely so they don't have to clean up late

Went here yesterday June 8th around 1145. I was told by 3 employees that they didn't open until noon. I asked them if that was something new because I usually show up around this time and never had a problem before. They replied back with "no thats how it always has been." So I said "ok I'll wait." I stood there waiting around 5 mins. Then the guy said "sir I can help you, ill just open it up now." When he was done making my shake he said "would you like me to top it off?" (Because it was around 3/4 full) I wanted to say yes but i spent enough time waiting for them to open and making my drink that I didnt want to spend anymore of my time there. I have acouple of questions. 1) If your times have changed why would you change them in the middle of a work week? 2) If you did change your times of operation please update your website because it still says you are open at 0600 during the week. 3) If your times haven't changed (which is what I believe to be true) why would 3 of your employees lie to me and tell me that the store doesn't open until noon? This store definitely needs some attention from a management perspective.
